Murcia’s Regional 7TV continues to operate at full capacity even in this period of pandemic and confinement. They are now presenting a new program: “Elderly in Shape” (‘Mayores en Forma’), a space that will be broadcasted from Monday to Friday at 7:30am.
The objective of this program is that the whole family and especially the elderly, who have to be confined to their homes and have been left without their activities in the centers and residences, are able to do physical exercise in a fun and educational way. The space is led by several sports instructors in the region with extensive experience in physical activity for all types of people and levels.
Since the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic to the Region, La7 TV has continued to carry out its public service in spite of the difficulties. In addition to the usual programming, the regional television has made many special programs dedicated to the COVID-19, especially informative programs, but also, aware of the need to ‘disconnect’ and have a good time, also educational and entertainment.
