The production companies from Valencia: Trivisión, Nadie es perfecto, Ediciones Valencia Plaza, Malvados, Ferrán i Ximo Producciones and Vidoxmedia Group have joined forces with Grupo Secuoya to create the partnership Tombatossals aimed at working in unison and becoming more competitive in Valencia.
This new consortium brings together the most important companies and and professionals from the Valencian audiovisual industry. All of them boast wide expertise in the production of TV programmes: Trivisión carried out “l’Alquería Blanca” and Nadie es perfecto created “Senyor retor”. Grupo Secuoya has extensive knowledge in the management of all kinds of services, both for public and private TV groups. In October 2013, through its partner CBM, Grupo Secuoya won the public tender to direct the public news broadcasting programmes in Murcia. Grupo Secuoya currently provides news coverage for TeleMadrid News and for public television in the Balearic Islands. They also hold shares in Vnews, the company that manages the public television channel in the Canary Islands. In addition, in February the firm won the public tender for the operations and maintenance of the public TV of Asturias.
SHARE CAPITAL Tombatossal’s shares are distributed as follows: Secuoya 20%, Nadie es perfecto SL 20%, Trivisión SL 20%, Malvados SL 20%, Valencia Plaza 18%, Ferran i Ximo Produccions SL 1% and Vidoxmedia Group SL 1%. Grupo Secuoya is present in the entire value chain of the TV services and contents market. Its main business lines are the creation and production of entertainment and fiction formats (Pulso TV, Doblefilo, New Atlantis and enminúscula), the outsourcing of audiovisual activities (CBM), the provision of production services (B&S), marketing, communication and event planning (In News, Nóvigo and Vnews), as well as the management of ENG coverage through the Web (Wikono). Grupo Secuoya is listed on the Alternative Stock Exchange Market (MAB) since July 2011.
