Through this agreement, ITV will not only distribute the wide catalogue of Secuoya Content Distribution titles in a wide range of areas, but also produce some of them in Turkey and neighbouring countries.
ITV is one of the largest distributors of content worldwide based in Turkey. Not only is it known for its large portfolio of TV shows, movies, formats and competitions, but also as producers of their own game shows.
Grupo Secuoya has been very successful in the development and production of formats both in Spain and Latin America and has an extensive catalogue of products. With presence in Chile, Peru, Colombia and the United States, for Secuoya an international presence is one of the pillars on which their unique business model is based, which covers the entire audiovisual circuit. Currently, in addition to its major presence as a distributor, manufacturer and supplier of services, Secuoya manages Murcia’s regional television and is the concessionary of a TDT nationwide channel, TEN, who are about to celebrate their first six months on the air.
This afternoon ITV InterMedya and Secuoya Content Distribution signed its merger agreement with Can Okan, the founder of ITV InterMedya, and José Miguel Barrera, director of the international department of Grupo Secuoya at MIPCOM, in the ITV InterMedya pavilion.
