The regional television will broadcast the special program 'A pie de trono' with Encarna Talavera, documentaries, as well as events and processions of previous years
For the second year, due to the pandemic, La7 offers its viewers a special programming to compensate for the absence of the celebrations and traditions of Easter in the Region. The Easter Anncouncement of Murcia, live from the Auditorio Víctor Villegas this Sunday from 12.00 h, will give the starting touch for a very special week for all Murcians.
Encarna Talavera presents ‘A pie de trono’, a special scheduled on Friday of Sorrows (Viernes de Dolores) that will offer a tour of the most emblematic customs and traditions of Easter in the Region. The space will feature the cofrades, experts and chroniclers, and will visit the places of the most important processions and events in the community.
During the upcoming weeks, in addition, several documentaries dedicated to Easter will be broadcasted, such as ‘La Mañana de Salzillo’. Programs of La7 like ‘Quédate Conmigo’, ‘Murcia Conecta’ and the informative services will also dedicate a good part of their time to tell how these days are lived in a region still in a state of pandemic.
The processions that will be replayed are Amargura de Jumilla 2016 (Thursday, 21.15h), Los Salzillos de Murcia 2018 (Friday, 10.00h), Desfile Bíblico Pasional de Lorca 2018 (Friday, 21.15h) and Cristo Resucitado de Cartagena 2018 (Sunday, 10.30h).
