The company will take advantage of its presence in the area to expand its business into the Middle East
BGL (Secuoya Group) has been developing an intense activity in the Middle East during the last years, a trend that has culminated in different contracts for the Expo 2020 in Dubai, which will take place this year from October until April 2021st. Due to the works that are taking place in this international event as well as the future expectations of business in the area, BGL has decided to establish a subsidiary in the Free Trade Zone of Dubai, called BGL Middle East DWC-LLC, from which all the personnel for the projects in the area will be accredited.
“We will use Dubai as a launch pad to expand our business into the Middle East. No other country in the region has its level of infrastructure” says Mr. Angel Gil, BGL’s CEO.
The excellent strategic location, the growth generated by Expo 2020 (being the first time this event will be held in the Middle East) and a lucid commercial vision positions Dubai as a preferred destination for companies that are committed to development and innovation. The main executives of DMCC (a government entity established in 2002 to improve trade flows through Dubai), assure that this Free Trade Zone (which is considered the number 1 globally) is one of the most interconnected business districts in the world. In fact, it is estimated that 170 new companies are established in the Free Trade Zone every month, including multinational corporations and start-ups.
